Our client is is a regional energy holding company that owns multiple generating units and provides electricity utlity regional wide. Cleco was seeking to liquidate the entire storeroom at the plant. The material was located at two separate sites in Louisiana - Mansfield, LA, and Sulphur, LA.
Our client requested NRI to provide a lump sum bid to purchase all of the material in the storeroom and details on our consignment program. We provided them with our purchase bid number and an estimated return value they would receive from consignment.
